Our History

We were quite pleased with property. We had enough space to spread out but room to comfortably gather together our group of 14 adults. We had some issues with WiFi connection but a phone call remedied that. We could have used a few more large pans but otherwise the kitchen was well stocked. Overall, a good time was had by all!

This house is amazing. We stayed during a weekend where there was tornado watch, thunderstorms, and snow (in March!) and we still couldn’t have had a better time. The living space is set up exactly how we would have hoped for family games and meals and general hanging out. The views couldn’t be topped. I can’t say enough about this house. Three decks! Hot tub! Private bathrooms! We had the best time.

Everything was absolutely perfect! We spent four days with family from the west coast for Christmas. The house was immaculate and well kept. There is a beautiful view from every single window in the house. An amazing sunrise from the back of the house and an even more beautiful sunset from the front. The property manager was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. This house will hold a special memory for my entire family for the rest of our lives.

This was the second time we stayed here. This place is very comfortable. The resort is awesome and absolutely perfect for our kids. The view is great to see the ocean, and having first floor access is great!

We are an active family and needed a place that we could call home as we came and went on various snorkel, fishing, and scuba adventures in Islamorada. This spot was perfect for us. Just far enough away from all the hustle and bustle of the Keys, but close enough for us to run to grocery store, restaurants, and docks to meet our captains. The two bedrooms and baths was a must for us with 4 people and the condo was the perfect size to let us enjoy meals together and find quiet down time as well. We will definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect location for our first time to the Keys. We loved the pool, view from our balcony, and the quiet atmosphere after a long day out. Thank you to our hosts for such a great get away vacation to paradise.

Two of us stayed 3 nights for fishing trips. Perfect for us. 2 bed 2 bath. Clean and has everything you need. I like it because it’s far enough off the main road you don’t hear vehicles all night.. Nice pool area with a little bar. I’d definitely stay again.

The process from check in to check out was easy thanks to open communication with the owners of the property. The suite was spacious and clean. The owners were extremely nice.

This property was perfect. It was really clean and we had a ton of space. The balcony was great for a perfect ocean view. The property has everything you need for a great stay!

We absolutely LOVED staying here! The beds were comfortable, the place was CLEAN, the view from the balcony was AMAZING, and the property manager is a SWEETHEART! Absolutely will stay here again!

Grand Atlantic was a beautiful place to stay. The condo was super clean and comfy. Furniture and beds were nice and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. The host was very responsive and always polite. I would definitely recommend the rental at The Grand Atlantic Resort.

The home and view is beautiful! Very clean and spacious. Loved waking to beautiful sun rise on the water and being able to walk right out on to the beach. Highly recommend for family vacation!!

A very spacious, well appointed Condo with great beach access. The Grandkids loved the pools and the lazy river. Great stay.

We stayed here for a quick long weekend with our family and it was a great location and well stocked property. We were able to work out a few kinks that we started with and the property manager was very responsive. Would recommend and would even consider rebooking for future trips!

Everything was perfect. There was not a bad thing to say, clean modern unit conveniently located on the marsh and next to all Garden City attractions. Fishing pier in the back is awesome too!

We enjoyed all the updates made in the Unit 111 at Seawatch. We have always enjoyed our stay. The condo has a beautiful view and is convenient to so many fun things. The fishing on the pier is such a bonus!

Great location. Just a short walk to the pool, beach and a local restaurant. The condo was stocked as expected. It was a nice place to call home for a week.

The place was as described. Clean and lots of room. The little space outside the door to store chairs etc was an excellent idea!! That saves a lot of room and mess. We would come back again.

The listing for this condo is quite accurate. Plenty of room for several families or a large group of friend. The bedrooms were spacious and their were plenty of restrooms. The 2 refrigerators make it very easy to stock up for the week. There was a great ocean view and was so relaxing to sleep to the sound of the ocean and being woken by seagulls. The walk it literally 2 mins across the street and you are quickly in the sand and enjoying the sun. I would most definitely return to this.

We had a fabulous stay. The condo was clean, roomy and had all the necessities needed. The kitchen was stocked. The location and views were perfect. The bridge to enter to beach was great for our family. Would definitely rent again!

I stayed at this property for 7 days. The owner had great communication throughout the entire process before arriving to the property. Once we arrived the place has a very nice layout. Very large and clean. I will say they could use a few updates, but the price makes up for that. Overall this was a great location and Dawn was very great to rent from.

We had a great time! 2 refrigerators was a big help. Had most everything we needed in kitchen. Short easy walk to beach. Nice pool.

Clean and well-supplied. Location is midway between piers and public access, so beach is uncrowded. Nag’s Head is always a treat, because the beach is dog friendly. Good nature walks nearby and close to Pea Island Nature Preserve.

Pompous Pelican is unique, including that all 6 bedrooms have their own bathroom. The wonderful views from all areas of the third level add to the beachfront experience. The new bathroom vanities are a nice improvement.

Rio is awesome. The pictures and description are so accurate. This place has everything you need to have a super stay. The place was clean and well stocked. The property manager, Renata, is always available and was helpful through the entire renting process.

We could not have picked a better place for our stay in Rodanthe! From check in to check out everything was so easy. Clean and very comfortable! More than enough space for our group of 19! Definitely a vacation home where you do not want to leave to do anything else. Perfect place to just relax and enjoy!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and bright. The balcony is small (as shown in photo), but you get beautiful views of both sunrises and sunsets. Beds and living room furniture were comfortable. The resort area was clean and quiet. The pool was large, clean, and heated. Kitchen utensils were spare but adequate. Overall, a very comfortable place.

The property is beautiful and ideal for a large group. We had a fun and fabulous stay – it incredibly comfortable, and management is very responsive. It is pretty far from the beach and requires a 3-minute drive. Most everything is easy to get to from the location. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

This was a perfect location for 7 of us on a girls trip. We each had our own space and there was plenty of room in the living area and dining area. The location is about a mile walk to the beach and about .3 miles to a store. Edwards Hut is only about .5 miles away and it has amazing poke and acai bowls. Overall I would absolutely recommend this home over the resorts if you are staying with a group. (We had a guide who helped us get to excursions and dinners – definitely recommend that as well!)

Lazy Creek and Swack Vacations a winning combination. We can’t thank the team at Swack Vacations enough for the amazing time we had a Lazy Creek in Deep Creek, Maryland. The house was beyond anything we could have imagined and made our stay filled with fun and great memories. The house with lazy river, pool jacuzzi, movie theater, pool table etc etc made this house fun for any sort of occasion we had dreamed of.

The pool was a hit with our 9 children, and the hot tub was great for the adults. The house and property were spacious, everything was very clean. All the bedrooms were large and very nicely accommodated. There were 15 of us there and it was perfect for us! I can see this area changing quickly though as there were dozens of houses under construction….all beautiful!

Accommodated a large extended family very comfortably. Plenty of room to gather and not be on top of one another. Beautiful home on a gorgeous piece of property with great views of the lake. Property, Pool and hot tub well maintained. We were all very happy and would highly recommend.

House was beautiful inside and out. Plenty of space, and very quiet. The internet/service wasn’t great there, but over all, we had fun. Would stay again! Thanks to the property manager on her quick responses!

If you are looking for a nice home to vacation at with your family or friends this is where you want to be. Your in close proximity to everything and you would not be disappointed. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely make plans to stay again.
