All of our homes in Deep Creek are located within the idyllic gated community of Waterfront Greens; one of the most sought-after along the lake! Enjoy any of the great community amenities surrounding you, including use of the canoe/kayak station, catch and release fishing pond, paved trails, pond-side gazebos, and tennis courts.
Whether you enjoy spending your time outdoors hiking, biking, boating, or lounging, Deep Creek’s numerous State Parks got you covered! Between the State Parks, there are trails that span miles, abundant flora and fauna, sandy beaches, nature exhibits and so much more. You can also partake in other activities such as rock climbing, horseback riding, fishing, or head downtown to enjoy the nightlife of Swanton, Maryland.

Accommodated a large extended family very comfortably. Plenty of room to gather and not be on top of one another. Beautiful home on a gorgeous piece of property with great views of the lake. Property, Pool and hot tub well maintained. We were all very happy and would highly recommend.
The pool was a hit with our 9 children, and the hot tub was great for the adults. The house and property were spacious, everything was very clean. All the bedrooms were large and very nicely accommodated. There were 15 of us there and it was perfect for us! I can see this area changing quickly though as there were dozens of houses under construction….all beautiful!
A very spacious house with enough amenities and activities to keep everyone happy and busy. It was a very memorable stay with our extended family for my wife’s 40th!
